- Job Position: Hotel Manager
- Job Location: Benin City, Edo
Job Responsibilities
- Holding regular briefings and meetings with management and staff on key issues involving the smooth operations of the Hotel.
- Ensure full compliance to regulations relating to the operation of a hospitality business.
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
- Handling complaints, and overseeing service recovery procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan.
- Ensure continuous profitability of the hotel by maintaining standards and identifying new revenue generation avenues.
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management.
- Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short- and long-term strategic goals for the hotel.
- Developing improvement actions, carry out cost savings.
- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
- Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate.
- Maximizing room yield and hotel revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree / HND qualification
- Must have 3-10 years of work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 / Month
