  • Job Position: HR Business Analyst
  • Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Assisting in the recruitment of new employees
  • Maintaining and ensuring all employee files are up to date and properly kept
  • Assisting in identifying and overcoming areas of concern with employees to maximize employee morale and motivation
  • Maintaining a good and reliable filing system for all company’s correspondence
  • Assisting the Human Resources Manager in office administration
  • Assisting in human resource support duties such as training and development functions, staff welfare, staff health management, pension, etc
  • Procuring & distributing necessary equipment, stationery, and office tools as required or needed
  • Supervising auxiliary staff such as administrative assistants, office assistants, cleaners, and guards
  • Assisting in the daily facility management of the organization
  • Assisting with the effective management of payroll system
  • Assisting in dissemination of human resource policies and programs to employees
  • Undertaking administrative duties to support the HR Manager in the delivery of a health and safety culture within the organization
  • Assisting in the provision of statistical information and maintaining records on training undertaken
  • Assisting in leave administration for all staff by keeping records, writing leave letters and ensuring the leave roster is updated
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management and Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the Human Resources / Administration department or related field
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in all key human resource areas will be an added advantage
