Job Description

  1. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive a positive workplace culture.
  2. The HR Manager would be responsible for coordinating recruitment-related activities, management of staff, evaluating the talent management processes to ensure that key metrics are met, as well as identifying the opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  3. The ideal candidate should also be able to leverage business development experience to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate HR operations, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation, implementation of learning and development strategies, and employee relations.
  2. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  3. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  4. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that key metrics are met, and identify issues affecting recruitment processes
  5. Optimize the talent management processes as an operation and drive consistency across the board
  6. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  7. Ensure confidentiality of information, including safeguarding information about current, past, and prospective employees; to ensure privacy and confidentiality of personnel information, subject to any legal rights of employees in respect of information relating to them.
  8. Drive initiatives for expansion through the implementation of business development strategies.
  9. Ensure all documentation is completed adequately and appropriately.
  10. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements
  11. Keep up-to-date with trends in employment legislation and best practices in talent management.
  12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
