Job Position: HR Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the strategic administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  2. Ensuring the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain.
  3. Management of payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment
  4. Forecasting hiring needs, particularly at peak season, and tracking key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire, employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly, and annually)

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of cognitive experience
  • Strong in payroll management, recruitment, and HR operations
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
