Job Description

  3. You are to play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance, supporting our Organization’s overall objectives and the satisfaction of our clients and employees.
  4. As the HR Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment to support the Organization’s success.

Job Requirements

  1. Must have 5 years of HR experience.
  2. Familiarity with general HR practices.
  3. Proven experience in handling talent acquisition and recruitment.
  4. Ability to manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
  5. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR technologies.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Familiarity with project management and communication tools.
