Job Position: Human Resource Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support in the Creating and execution of effective onboarding process
  2. Track staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of new employees as needed.
  3. Maintain and update all employee personnel files; using appropriate checklist to ensure complete documentation.
  4. Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information within the company to facilitate other management operation.
  5. Ensure continuous update of the HR database with information on personnel records, bio data, salaries, or promotion as well as resignations.
  6. Coordinate general leave administration; this includes maintaining an annual leave calendar for leave projections, outstanding leave days.
  7. Ensure implementation of the training plan and provide necessary support for training facilitation.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders in an assertive and professional way.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Attention to detail with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
