Job Responsibilities

1. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
3. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.)
4. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
5. Keeping abreast of developments in various areas of human resources.
6. Hire staff where needed

Job Requirements

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
2. Certification is an added advantage
3. Atleast 3 years work experience in the same role.
