Summary

  • The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
  • She will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy, and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, whilst carrying out several administrative jobs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts performance evaluation and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
  • Manages the human resources budget preparation for the Company, and reviews human resources plans.
  • Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a good understanding of labor law
  • In charge of all employee matters; responsible for all recruitment, leave, promotions and
    terminations etc.
  • Maintain all office and employee records and monitor all employees conduct
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • 2 – 5years of work experience.
