Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description

  1. Asharami Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will provide the full breadth of HR Support to its business.
  2. The individual will consult with line management, provide daily HR guidance, analyze trends and metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues, proffer and deploy strategies to improve work relationships and productivity of staff members and align HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success.

Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Development:

  1. Coordinate recruitment process, review applications/resumes; assist managers with screening applicants.
  2. Collaborate with Group ER to coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
  3. Partner with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure.

Performance Management:

  1. Help drive the creation of awareness of the Performance Management system and its processes in Asharami Energy.
  2. Monitor performance evaluation process for E & P and OFSE entities.
  3. Provide support to Line Managers in creating SMART goals that are reflective of the organization top-line objective.

Process Management, Statutory Compliance & Reporting:

  1. Provide direct support to the HR business partner in the areas of organizational design, Change Management, succession planning, and learning & and development activities.
  2. Create innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements of HR efficiency in service delivery to all its stakeholders.
  3. Support the Senior HR Business partner regarding statutory engagements with NAPIMS on Budget Performance & and governance activities.

Employee Relations:

  1. Champion entity-specific culture integration of new employees in Upstream in Line with Sahara Group Culture.
  2. In addition to the Group ERs efforts, create and deploy entity-specific Employee engagement activities and initiatives to keep staff members in our various business locations motivated and build their trust.
  3. Develop and implement relevant communications strategies and activities that contribute to raising awareness of HR Initiatives, policies, and culture amongst staff members.
  4. Create and deploy strategies and solutions that support organizational transformation in achieving and sustaining high engagement and performance levels of the staff.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc. Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ work experience with relevance to human resource generalist role.
