Job Position: Male Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Administering compensation and benefit plans
  2. Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  3. Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  4. Administer compensation and benefit plans
  5. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  6. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  7. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  8. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  9. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  10. Undertake tasks around performance management
  11. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  12. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  13. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  14. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  15. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  2. A Numerical Degree is an added advantage
  3. Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  4. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  5. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  6. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  7. Excellent communication and people skills.
