Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR projects including recruitment, training, and in-house HRdepartment’s daily activities.
  2. HR Intern responsibilities include research, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, preparing training curriculums, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
  2. Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc.
  3. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
  4. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
  5. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
  6. Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
  7. Address queries and issues of workers when required.
  8. Work proactively with other team members.
  9. Proofread HR documents including audits, marketing information, and handbooks.
  10. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
  11. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • 0 – 1 year work experience.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently.
