Job Position: Head – Human Resources / Learning Consultant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing Human Resource Experiences
  2. Senior Level meetings in different level
  3. Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
  4. Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource-related projects
  5. Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making
  6. Advise HR personnel about any recurring issues and problems
  7. Help HR professionals in recruiting, training and management of employees.

Job Requirements

  1. Previous experience working as HR consultant for (15) years
  2. Expertise in HR operations, procedures and best practices
  3. Proven research and analysis skills
  4. He/She must have strong Contact
  5. Addition certifications, such as Certified Human Resources Consultant is a plus

Skills:

  1. Strategically thinking in order to successfully outline business plans
  2. Solid problem-solving skills in order to easily detect problematic situations and come up with result-driven solutions
  3. Solid interaction and consulting skills
  4. Ability to become an integral part of any team.
