Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Description

  1. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
  2. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Hiring: You would be responsible for identifying staffing needs and overseeing the recruitment process, which includes writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selecting new hires.
  2. Onboarding and Training: You would be responsible for ensuring new employees are properly onboarded and trained, including developing orientation programs and creating training plans.
  3. Benefits Administration: You would manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  4. Performance Management: You would oversee performance management processes, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
  5. Employee Relations: You would act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between employees and between employees and management, and you would ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are followed.
  6. Compliance: You would ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to labor and employment.
  7. HR Administration: You would oversee administrative tasks related to HR, including maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and handling employee grievances.
  8. Talent Development: You would help to develop employees’ skills and abilities through training programs and professional development opportunities.
  9. HR Strategy: You would help to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations, such as labor laws, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team, and to influence and persuade others.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR software systems and tools, such as HRIS, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
