Job Description

  1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
  4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  6. Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  8. Creating clear and concise reports.
  9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  13. Design and implement employee retention strategies
  14. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.

N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
