Job Description

  1. Ensure that the company’s employment and administrative policies and guidelines are implemented in a way to enhance a peaceful industrial atmosphere.
  2. Appropriate interpretation of Labour Laws to enhance management and employee relationships.
  3. Ensure equal dispensation of disciplinary measures across board.
  4. Implementation of equitable salaries for available jobs.
  5. Ensures all agreements between management and employee are honoured.
  6. Proposing and implementing approved training programmes.
  7. Ensures a clean &safe working environment.
  8. Oversee the general administration of the company.
  9. Ensures follow-up &implementation of Management Resolution & Decisions.
  10. Ensures functional equipment to provide logistic support company-wide.
  11. Prompt settlement of statutory bills on land, properties, equipment andvehicles.
  12. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  15. Proactively understand the company’s demands, working with colleagues across departments, and at the Department for International Trade headquarters in China.
  16. Manage solid relationships with State Government, Federal Government, and all government agencies and departments.

Job Requirements

  1. University Degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in Management position
  3. Computer literacy is an advantage.
  4. Age: 25 – 30 years
  5. Computer literacy is essential with skills in software such as Sage, ERP, SAP Quick Books, etc.
  6. Maintenance planning and maintenance systems skills are highly desirable.
  7. Strong Character with exceptional leadership and management skills.
  8. The ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.
  9. Strong safety commitment and improvement mindset.
  10. Professional certificationlike CIPM will be an added advantage.
