Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- Manage a performance appraisal system for staff that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs of each staff to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance through out human resource management.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 5 – 7 years work experience.
- Experience as HR personnel in a tech company is compulsory.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
