Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Locations: Ikeja, Lagos and Sango-Ota, Ogun
- Support, develop and implement HR initiatives
- Ensure all legal guidelines are adhered to in the operations of the organization.
- Maintain payroll for the whole team keeping in mind payroll guidelines
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- A Degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Distilleries, Breweries or FMCG
- Human Resources certificate is an added advantage
- Computer skills including Ms office suite, Outlook programs and e-mail at high proficiency level
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
