Job Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Job Location: Lokoja / Jamata, Kogi

Job Responsibilities

  1. Instrumentation engineers is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
  2. Performing Detailed Calibration and Recalibration of Field Instruments – Ft, Pt, Tt, Lt and Control Valves
  3. Programming Controllers, Work on Actuators, Solenoid Controlled Valves, Electro-Pneumatic Valves, Temperature Sensors, E.T.C
  4. Installation And Commissioning of Field Instruments.
  5. Monitoring The Compressor, Feed Water Level and Softener Operations.
  6. To ensure that all these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
  7. The desired candidate should have a thorough understanding of the operational processes of the organization and it’s multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including New Projects Building Panels, and Maintenance.

Job Requirements
Should Have excellent Knowledge in:

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
  2. Advance process control (APC).
  3. Distributed control systems (DCS).
  4. Programmable logic controllers Siemens S7 1500 And 300 (PLC)
  5. Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
  6. Troubleshooting Plc. Panels.
  7. Excellent Working in PID’s and fine-tuning control Loops.
