Job Position: Sales HR Intern

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential clients
  2. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  3. Develop and maintain client relationships
  4. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  5. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  6. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  7. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  8. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  9. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND Degree in Business Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Target and goal driven.
  3. Cognitive skills
  4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  5. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  6. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Must live within the axis of Ogba, Agege, Ikeja.
  9. Should be able to resume immediately
  10. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty


  • N40,000 Monthly (Subject to change after 6 Months Satisfactory Performance Review).


  • 3% commission on any business successfully completed
  • A 100% monthly performance bonus when 80% KPI is met
