Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase1, Lagos

Job Descritpion

  1. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  2. Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
  3. Finddiscrepancies and determinethe root cause for the issue found.
  4. Prepareweekly and monthly reports of all Store(s) activities using ERP
  5. Coordinate quarterly fixed asset verification and count.
  6. Record daily movement of inventory.
  7. Ensure safekeeping of inventory items.
  8. Prepare monthly usage, purchase reports as well as forecast for future use.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field with 1- 2 years work experience.
  2. Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
  3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  4. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  5. Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  6. An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  7. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  9. Reliable and trustworthy.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 + HMO.
