Elkris Foods Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing (FMCG) Company that produces Swallow/Ball-Foods in Nigeria. We are an innovative Food Manufacturing company in Nigeria, specifically devoted to developing and producing healthier alternatives to garri, pounded yam, fufu etc; using a double-fibre natural swallow product known to contain scientifically-proven diabetes and cholesterol regulatory ingredients.
Job Position: Junior IT Support
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues relating to internal IT.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Manage the Social media Pages, respond to customers and monitor social media campaign.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and escalatingto the external vendor if the need arises
- Analyze workflow, establish priorities, developed standards, and set deadlines.
- Performing safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Job Recruitments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Website designing and social media management will be an added advantage.
