Job Position: IT Support Manager

Job Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
  2. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  3. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  4. Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems, software or resolve issues
  5. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  6. Replace parts as required
  7. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  8. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  9. Support the roll-out of new applications
  10. Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  11. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  12. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  13. Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
  14. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
  15. Test and evaluate new technology

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
  2. Must have experience deploying Microsoft office 365
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft sharepoint is not required but an advantage.
