Job Position: Checker, Packing Plant – Cement

Job Location: Ibese, Ogun

Job Description

• Receiving ATC and cross check trucks after loading (Loaded as per ATC or not)

Job Responsibilities

1. Attach cement bags to roto packer which discharges cement.
2. Responsible for counting number of bags loaded in the truck, it should not be more than ATC quantity.
3. Reporting of any abnormality observed with loading machine or trucks.
4. Ensure proper housekeeping of all loading bags.
5. Accounting and reporting of damage bags by auto Loader / Trucks.
6. Ensure immediate replacement of trucks to be loaded.

Job Requirements

• Trade Test II / WASC / GCE / SSCE + 10 years
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience

Skills and Competencies:

1. Basic knowledge of cement production process
2. Good knowledge of the cement packing machines/functions and procedures
3. Working knowledge of the cement packing machines/ functions and procedures
4. Good relationship management skills Good numerical skills.
