Job Position: Junior Finance Associate

Locations: Lekki – Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan – Oyo, Kano, Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  2. Prepare balance sheets.
  3. Process invoices
  4. Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  5. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  6. Update internal systems with financial data.
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  8. Reconcile bank statements.
  9. Participate in financial audits.
  10. Track bank deposits and payments
  11. Assist with budget preparation.
  12. Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
  13. Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.

Job Qualifications

  1. HND / B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance person or similar role
  3. Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  4. Experience using financial software.
  5. MS Excel skills
  6. Knowledge of financial regulations
  7. Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  8. Sharp time management skills
  9. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
