Job Description

  • A top Proptech brand is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to help achieve the brand’s goals.
  • As the Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote the brand, products and services to the target audience.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will have a passion for marketing and communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and digital advertising.
  3. Work closely with product development and sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning.
  4. Manage the company’s social media presence, creating and curating content to engage and grow our audience.
  5. Develop and manage the company’s marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet marketing goals.
  6. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing and communication metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Experience with website management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and use data to inform future strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
