Job Position: Growth Marketing Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

1. Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
2. Collect and analyze consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
3. Conduct market research, report findings and identify new opportunities
4. Coordinate with the marketing, design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
5. Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
6. Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
7. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly
8. Create reports on marketing and sales metrics for example, conversion rates
9. Write and proofread marketing materials
10. Create proposals and presentations.
11. Write daily social media posts and weekly blog posts relating to your assigned products, and complete other writing jobs as assigned, including direct-marketing emails and ad copy
12. Communicate with members and maintain good relations
13. Maintain an organized and reference-able record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.
14. Review and edit teammates’ marketing copy for grammatical correctness and appropriate style, and accept and apply constructive criticism from others on your own writing

Job Requirements
What you need:

1. At least 2 years experience in a marketing role
2. Strong copywriting and content management/marketing skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. An ability to clearly communicate articulately in front of a camera (comfortable with camera appearances)
5. Experience working with teams
6. Keen attention to detail
7. Organisational and collaborative skills
