Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and self-motivated sales and marketing executive who would be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads through marketing channels, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports and has a passion for the power sector.
  2. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
  3. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  2. Conducting market research on rival products and competitors
  3. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  4. Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
  5. Working with the BD team and customer service lead to develop targeted sales strategies.
  6. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  7. Maintaining client relations.
  8. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  9. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  10. Meeting and communicating with customers and at site locations
  11. Providing customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available in the company portfolio
  12. Scheduling and overseeing product demos
  13. Understanding the customer’s solar system requirements
  14. Suggesting solar energy products that suit the customer’s needs and budget
  15. Arranging solar installations for customers
  16. Providing customers with accurate order details and quotes
  17. Following up with customers about their order requirements
  18. Generating and contacting potential customers
  19. Informing customers about any promotional offers

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  2. Proven work experience in a similar role in the Sales department
  3. Knowledge of various solar equipment and products
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Good time management and organizational skills
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Willingness to travel and work at flexible hours
  8. Ability to work independently
  9. Ability to offer excellent customer service
