- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Edurex.
- As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts to promote our revolutionary educational programmes, products and services, contributing to our growth and impact in the EdTech industry.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Edurex’s goals and resonate with our target audience within the EdTech sector.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, with the aim of enhancing brand visibility and fostering user engagement.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and campaigns, as well as actively monitor our brand’s online reputation.
- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract educators, students, and other stakeholders to Edurex’s products and services.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to optimize marketing efforts.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment to achieve shared goals.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Identify strategic partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and influencers to expand Edurex’s reach and impact.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably within the EdTech or higher education sector.
- A profound understanding of the EdTech industry and its trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to generate creative marketing ideas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in public speaking or presenting at industry events is a valuable asset.
