The Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria (ACTN) was incorporated in August 2014, as an Association Limited by Guarantee (LTD/GTE) to foster the interests of Corporate Treasurers of the non-financial organizations by providing a platform for policy advocacy, discussions on issues of mutual interest, education and standard development of the corporate treasury function.
Job Position: NYSC Corp Member (Membership & Programmes Officer)

- The Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria (ACTN) is seeking a motivated and dedicated Nysc Corper Membership & Programmes Officer to oversee membership activities and coordinate various programs.
- The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing membership engagement and supporting the development of impactful programs for the association.
- Manage the association’s membership database, including new member registrations and renewals.
- Respond to membership inquiries, provide information about benefits, and assist with membership-related queries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Assist in planning and coordinating various programs, events, and initiatives organized by the association.
- Support the development and execution of educational programs, workshops, and networking events.
Communication and Outreach:
- Communicate with members through newsletters, emails, and other communication channels to share updates, events, and relevant information.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote membership benefits and upcoming programs.
- Provide administrative support for membership-related tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reports.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, participant registration, and materials preparation.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Foster relationships with existing members and seek opportunities for collaborations with industry partners.
- Represent the association at events and meetings to promote membership benefits and programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and membership management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
