Admoni is a reward and discount app that incentivizes both users and brand. It is a platform where users earn reward in form of tokenat the point of receiving and ending phone calls. The tokens are used to purchase internet services, utility bill payment, cable tv, mobile top up etc. at a discounted rate.

Job Position: Customer Service Representative (NYSC)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
  4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  6. Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ enquiries.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
  8. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively whilst answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
  9. Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with 1- 3 years of work experience.
  2. Clear communication skill.
  3. Ability to pay attention to details.
  4. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  5. The NYSC candidate must be a self starter.
  6. Time management.
