Job Position: Office Assistant
- The office assistant will help out running office errands with whatever they need, from managing a diary to typing. Basically, we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant with who is dynamic and highly organized.
- The ideal candidate will be charming and confident dealing with high level individuals as well as proactively managing all aspects in the office.
- Minimum qualification is National Diploma
- Person must be between 25-29 years of age
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Candidate must possess a friendly, helpful and outgoing personality
- 1 year minimum job experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reasonable typing speed
- Proactive and a great positive thinker.
- Must have the ability to multi task and to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively without supervision
- Being internet savvy and familiar with new IT trends could be a plus.
