Job Position: Office Assistant
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
- Our client is currently in need of an Office Assistant that is competent to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors.
- Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, or in other relevant administrative role.
- Understanding of office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
