Job Position: Office Secretary

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

  1. Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them.
  2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  3. Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails promptly.
  4. Provide administrative support via phone or email. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department.
  5. Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as placed orders for all necessary office supplies.
  6. Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and so on.
  7. Manage conference room meeting schedules.
  8. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  9. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  10. Keep updated records of front office expenses and costs.
  11. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, keeping records of office expenses, sorting, and distributing paperwork, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related field.
  2. Must have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  3. Ability to analyze processes and improve the efficiency of procedures
  4. Excellent IT skills with experience, including a working knowledge of software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

N60,000 / Month.
