Job Position: Operation Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shops operations and new store opening
  2. Liaise with retail outlets and functional departments on daily operation issues
  3. Communicate and work closely between stores, office, warehouse and external parties
  4. Assist in inventory management e.g., regular stock count, transfer and adjustment
  5. Handle customer enquiries in courteous, tactful and professional manner.
  6. Interact with customers by phone calls, email or face to face, depending on the situation
  7. Provide information about products and service
  8. Record details of customer contacts and action taken.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification
  2. Preferably 1 – 2 years’ solid operations experiences in Retail industry.
  3. Experience in audit would be an advantage
  4. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  5. Great team player with the ability to work independently
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  7. Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
