Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
- Our home-based healthcare company with the objective of improving quality of life across all ages, while providing personalized healthcare service is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while meeting operational goals and upholding organizational values.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and oversee the scheduling, customer service, and administrative teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service and ensure that our services meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operational performance
- Manage the budget for operations and ensure that expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Ensure that all operations comply with our company’s policies, procedures, and standards of ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a home-based healthcare or related industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with the use of technology and keeping up with trends in the tech space.
- The role may require traveling within Nigeria, candidate must be willing and open to travel as required

- Salary: N60,000 – N100,000 monthly.
