Job Position: Outlet Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job summary

  • Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitors budget to control expenses
  2. Supervise schedules and train Production and Sales Manager
  3. Reviews all operating reports with outlets unit heads
  4. To ensure that all staff at the outlet comply with the management policies
  5. Conducts cost reduction/minimization studies
  6. To liaise with the other unit Heads of the outlets i.e. Audit and Accounts for the smooth running of the outlet
  7. To generate monthly report to the Management on the operation of the outlet
  8. To ensure that various section in the outlet perform their duties effectively
  9. To ensure that quality food are produced and served at all times.
  10. To ensure that customers are satisfied in the area of prompt attendance at the counter and that the sales personnel are always receptive.
  11. To ensure that the hygiene level is high in the outlet.
  12. To ensure strict adherence to recipe and that there is no stock out.
  13. To also function as a link between the outlet staff and the outlet HR Supervisor on one hand and Management on the other hand through the Central HR.
  14. To ensure that the equipment’s in the outlet are in good condition
  15. Availability of raw material and quality check on it through liaison with appropriate department.
  16. Maintaining the reputation of the company through service
  17. Maintaining high standard throughout the outlet in accordance with the vision and goals of the organization.
  18. Maintenance of good customer relation and attendance to the complaint of customer.
