Job Description

  • To ensure the maintenance of standard product quality and hygiene compliance motivates the team in each shift and management of factory production.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree or HND in BCH, MCB, FST, N&D, and related courses with at least Second-Class Lower Division/Lower Credit or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of two(2) years hands-on experience in a structured confectionery industry; and
  • Trackable achievement in profitability, production compliance, and resources management.
