Job Location: Lagos
- As a People Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s human resources and culture initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team, you will ensure the seamless execution of HR processes, employee engagement programs, and operational excellence within the company.
- Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience.
- Implement HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of programs promoting employee wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and support the creation of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Support HR audits, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR department, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR-related processes and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- ACIPM is required.
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a Financial Services Firm is an added advantage.
