Job Position: Performance Management Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Manages the Group’s Performance Management System to design, develop, implement, monitor and measure performance within the Group. Advises Senior Management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with the business objectives of the Company.
  2. He/she will ensure each unit has a job profile, and develop initiatives across all sales and non-sales channels aimed at cost reduction and profit maximization for the company.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
  2. Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions
  3. Provide documentation for identified problems, definitions, and procedures for solving them
  4. Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals
  5. Appraise and recommend improvements to current business programs
  6. Propose new techniques and technologies to actualize business goals
  7. Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes
  8. Responsible for developing business presentations for management as needed
  9. Preparation of all Management reports and discussing same with Management
  10. Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports to management
  11. Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum a B.Sc. Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics or any relevant field
  2. The ideal candidate is expected to have 2 years of experience in data analysis. Professional certificates in data analysis will give an edge to interested candidates.
  3. They must also understand business metric performance and target setting.

Research skills:

  • It is crucial that they have the needed skills to undertake research and collect data to identify future trends based on past performance. This is a major part of their responsibility and is essential for influencing business decision-making.
