Job Position: Personal Assistant / Office Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Will report directly to the Managing Director.
  2. Will run Personal errands and Official errands.

Job Requirements

  1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  2. MS office and English proficiency.
  3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  4. Up-to-date with latest office gadget and applications.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  6. Proactive, Detail-oriented and organized.
  7. Outstanding communication and Interpersonal abilities.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Honest, Efficient, Discerning, Focused.
  10. Bold, Empathetic, Submissive and Humble.
  11. Reliable , Self-driven, Self-motivated, Discerning.
  12. Intelligent, Hardworking, Loyal.
  13. Dedicated, Responsible, Trustworthy.
  14. Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  15. Male.
  16. Between 26 and 29 years of age.

Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly basic salary + other benefits
