Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer and direct phone calls
  2. Maintain company schedules
  3. Organize documents and files
  4. Welcome clients and guests
  5. Document financial information
  6. Maintain and order office supplies
  7. Schedule meetings and conferences
  8. Assist executives with tasks
  9. Implement administrative procedures

Job Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of work experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant

Salary
N80,000 – 100,000 monthly.
