Job Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
- Enable partner’s productivity by providing admin support and dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Diary Management
- Schedule and coordinate travel arrangement
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Conducting research as requested.
- Organizing the Partner’s personal commitments.
- HND / B.Sc qualification in Business Administration, Mass communication or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years of cognate experience in a similar role.
- The proximity of applicants to Ikoyi will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English Language
