Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is expected to:

  1. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  3. Organizes travel request, book flights, hotels and logistics.
  4. Take minutes of meeting etc

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Must possess 2 – 3 years experience working in a fast paced environment in a relevant role.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  5. Must be very proactive, punctual, very polite and smart.
