Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the MD.
  2. Examining documents for review.
  3. Responding to client queries and requests.
  4. Handling travel and other logistics arrangements.
  5. Performing other designed.
  6. Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  7. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the MD’s behalf.
  8. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  9. Managing the MD’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Law any other social sciences or any related discipline 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  2. Excellent MS Office knowledge with added digital skills
  3. Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Proactivity and self-direction.
  7. Interpersonal skills
  8. Verbal and written communication skills.

N150,000.00 / month.
