Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Act as the first point of contact: deals with correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the HOD.
  2. Manage diaries, organizes meetings and appointments on behalf of the HOD
  3. Ensure the HOD is fully prepared for all meetings, with all necessary documentation and information carefully organized.
  4. Compile and prepare reports, presentations, speeches, and correspondence ahead of meetings.
  5. Liaise with staff and customers on behalf of the HOD to ensure operations are carried out with ease and minimal errors.
  6. Prepare meeting agendas, conducts research for meetings on behalf of the HOD, and take notes during meetings.
  7. Collate, file, and create reports on expenses
  8. Engage in research, develop case studies, and prospect validation for potential investments.
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
  2. Must have 3 – 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  3. Hands-on experience and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications.
  4. The ability to use own initiative.
  5. Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
  6. Candidate MUST reside in Gbagada, Lagos.
