Job Description

  1. As a Personal Assistant at our client’s esteemed banking institution, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support to key executives.
  2. The successful candidate will be adept at managing tasks with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and other events; coordinate logistics and materials.
  4. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
  5. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  6. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations as needed.
  7. Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects.
  8. Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the executive office.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High level of professionalism and discretion.
