Job Position: Pharmacy Trainee

Job Location: Abuja

Position Description

1. We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Locum Pharmacist.
2. The job of the Locum Pharmacist entails building and managing mPharma’s in house pharmacy to handle dispensations to patients on Mutti.
3. This role reports directly to the Delivery Services Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and manage inventory, order new supplies when necessary and keep inventory areas organized
2. Manage a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure the right packaging and dispensation of medicines
3. Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Pharmacy Technicians to ensure proper procedures have been followed
4. Ensure that patients requesting for deliveries have legitimate prescriptions before any dispensation occurs
5. Manage the logistics system and ensure that deliveries to patients happen on time.
6. Develop and manage drug formularies for mymutti.com and other online platforms
7. Manage customer experience on mymutti.com (Complaints, user experience, product availability, bug reporting & troubleshooting)
8. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies; (media content/calendar, supervise artworks, schedule posts etc.
9. Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center
10. Other duties as may be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• B Pharm. or Pharm. D Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College / University
• Current Practicing License
• At least 1+ years experience working in a Retail Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy.

7. Experience working in a pharmacy and managing teams is an advantage
8. A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high quality deliverables for a diverse set of concurrent initiatives
9. Must be able available to work on Sundays and every other Saturdays.
