Job Position: Procurement Executive

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  2. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  3. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  4. Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  5. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  6. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  7. Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
  8. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  9. ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
  10. Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
  11. Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  12. Working with team members and Head HR/Admin Manager to complete duties as needed

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Great relationship management.
  3. Strong negotiation skills.
  4. Impeccable time-management.
  5. Strategic thinking.
  6. Ability to adapt to change.
  7. Understanding of risk management.

N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
