Job Description
- We are looking for an astute Procurement Officer / Driver to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
- The Procurement Officer’s responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers
- Arrange for transportation of purchased goods
- Identify and develop strategies for addressing logistical barriers
- Monitor use of materials and resources, and ensure quality record keeping.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND in accounting, business management, or a similar field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Great negotiation Skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
Salary
N35,000.00 Monthly.
