Job Description

  1. As a Product Manager at Zanibal, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
  2. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to improve our product offerings.

Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  1. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our products.
  2. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.

Customer Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  2. Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.

Product Planning and Prioritization:

  1. Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  2. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and market demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  2. Provide clear product requirements and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.

Agile Development and Execution:

  1. Act as a product owner within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and reviews.
  2. Monitor project progress and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure product quality and reliability.

Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

  1. Develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
  2. Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  1. Track product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and drive optimization efforts.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Regularly communicate product updates and progress to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (business, computer science, or equivalent). MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the business models and the software development lifecycle.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective communication and leadership skills.
  6. Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
  7. Experience with product management tools and analytics platforms.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  9. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
